Whispering Winds of Change...and the Honor Code

I re-read a few pages of my Whispering Winds of Change, Volume 1 book. I understand why people loved that book so much it is very clear and precise. I’m thinking of doing volume 2 soon if the publisher will go for it.

In it I say talking about honor:
“That’s why, my dear scamps, truth is very important. We have to go back to a personal honor code, before it is too late. Sometimes talking about truth and honor can sound a bit pompous, but what we are offering is not a truth that we wish to impose on others by force or even reason. It’s a truth and an honor code that we internalize and radiate through the power of spirit, so others can see that there is a new and better way of conducting our journey through the physical plane.”
I say elsewhere in my writings, “...without honor a man is nothing”.
You have to be scrupulously clean in your dealings and up-front and forthright...the liars can meet me at the gates of hell and I’ll check ‘em off the list and nod ‘em through. (Free)

You see, I can carry you to heaven and give you bliss and a proper reconciliation (I’m authorized in a strange way I can’t really explain it all here in this short piece--sorry) ...
...and I can carry you to hell and leave you with some of the po-faced, ash-grey, grizzly Nazis I’ve have hauled down there in my time (many).
The only thing I’m not allowed to do is to decide which way the rickshaw is going. Only you decide that.

Weird I was only wondering yesterday if you would ever do a volume 2 as I glanced at it on a shelf in my bedroom.
I am trying not to lie but is it ok to bend the truth a little to be free? For I am about to tell the boss a whooper in order to skip work tonight as I need some time and haven't had a descent rest in a long time....
