Here's a big question for you if you have the time and inclination.
Sexual Energy... I've struggled with this one for years. I know that when I abstain from sex for even just a week or two I generally feel more vital and my meditations are more successful and deep. However I am married and a typical frisky young lad so it can be a challenge. What are your thoughts on the matter. I have heard that once you use your sexual energy it is gone forever, but I feel that it builds up again after a period of abstinence. Do you have any thoughts on the matter? Any ways, thanks for being you.

i too had a vision of my mates wife hauling two great rocks up a mountain. it looked just like sisyphus, a great labour with no result except to start again from the bottom. my vision was just like Goya's great painting Sisyphus At Ease. i called my friend who told me his wife was fine but was in Harrods. we rang her and told her not to buy anything heavy. just in case.

Not much to say on this piece except that it does happen even in this age(angels bringing messages of expected births) I know because it has happened to a dear friend of mine to the very letter that she was told. We walk this path together they and I and we sort of hold each other up when the trials and attacks get too great. We are not afraid (well.. a little bit sometimes ) to face whatever comes at us. We share our experinces and pool our energies to help others as well as ourselves. We learn, we make mistakes but most of all we are devoted to Spirit and to helping in whatever way we can ..if and when instructed. Wecall this Energy MOM and refer to It as such because that is the way it FEELS when it is around.The KNOWING of who we are and the Help that is available to us keeps us strong yet humble. We don't do well in the lime light and I am sharing this with you simply because we follow your teachings and trust you.Fear seems to desolve with this Knowing and not buying into the fear of death that torments us humans so ..it is no longer a weapon they can use. Amazing Souls with amazing gifts my sisters in Spirit.
Anyway I just wanted to let you know that I received the answer to the very questions that I was pestering you about in the first few chapters of your new book. I smiled when I saw this because Spirit knows how much of a pain I can be when I seek answers and perhaps didn't want to put you through my "Columbo without a case" routine.
Enjoying it as usual and I just want to thank you again for your insights.
Also Stuart could you write a little about the Solfeggio frequancies. Are they helpful in energy work? I am constantly trying to clear and raise my vibrations and could use a little insight in that regard. I do have your " The journey beyond enlightenment" CDs and have been working on clearing that way too. I try to do a daily..if not as I am aware thing so not too much crap piles up but the white ones they may get hidden for a while..I do try non-the-less. I am also getting a strong feeling that your 333.33 is the next step for me so we will see.
